How do I receive my purchase?
All purchases are delivered instantly to your Minecraft account. Simply join the server after completing your purchase and your items will be waiting for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies through our secure payment processor (Tebex).
Can I get a refund?
Please see our Refund Policy page for detailed information. Generally, digital goods are non-refundable once consumed.
How long do ranks last?
All ranks are permanent and will never expire. Once purchased, you'll have access to your perks forever.
Are boosters stackable?
Yes! XP boosters stack with server events and other multipliers for maximum progression speed.
I didn't receive my items!
If you haven't received your items within 15 minutes, please open a support ticket with your Transaction ID.
